What Separates My Approach
At my core, I am a program and project leader. I am at my best when the work is complex, the path is not completely defined, and someone needs to turn ambiguity into an executable plan.
I bring structure to moving parts, connect business objectives to technology delivery, establish practical governance, surface decisions and risks early, and keep teams moving toward an outcome.
My leadership style is intentionally both strategic and hands-on. I can work with executives to define direction, investment, priorities, and program health — and then move directly into the details with product, architecture, engineering, security, finance, business teams, and delivery partners to understand what is actually happening and what needs to happen next.
That range matters because successful transformation rarely fails for lack of a project plan. It becomes difficult at the intersections: strategy and execution, business and technology, leadership and delivery teams, competing priorities, dependencies, risk, money, and change.
That is the space I know how to lead.
How I Deliver
Over the course of my career, I’ve worked across predictive, Agile, hybrid, and scaled delivery environments and built governance around the needs of the organization rather than forcing the organization into a methodology.
I believe the best governance creates visibility, accountability, and faster decision-making — not administrative overhead.
My role is not simply to maintain schedules and status reports. It is to understand the objective, establish the path to delivery, identify where execution is breaking down, bring the right people together, make decisions and risks visible, and keep the organization moving forward.
That often means operating across business and technology simultaneously — translating between executives, product teams, architects, engineers, vendors, finance, security, operations, and other stakeholders who may each see only one part of the initiative.
I make sure those parts become one executable program.

Technology delivery continues to evolve, and so does the way I work. I incorporate Generative AI into my delivery practice to accelerate analysis, planning, documentation, synthesis, communication, and decision support.
I see AI as a force multiplier for experienced program leadership — not a replacement for judgment, critical thinking, stakeholder leadership, or delivery experience.
Used effectively, it allows me to spend less time producing administrative output and more time analyzing information, identifying patterns, anticipating issues, communicating clearly, and moving work forward.
